Adeyemi College Staff Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated on 8th May, 2017 as a private company limited by shares .The Bank was licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria on 28th February, 2018 as a unit Microfinance Bank to provide microfinance services to the under-banked and unbanked customers and the active poor. The bank commenced operation on 1st June, 2018.Our bank’s principal activities is to carry out business as a microfinance bank, providing financial services to the under-banked and unbanked entrepreneurs who are classified as micro, small, and medium scale enterprises and other low income people in Nigeria by providing them with funds in the form of working capital and loans. Our bank is eligible to accept deposits from individuals, groups and private organizations and raise finance in accordance with CBN regulation and guidelines on Microfinance banks. Deposits fund are insured by Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
